So finally I achieved my TV short term goal, so I got a TV placement over the summer. In collaboration with Big Bear Music Group, I will be working with a team to cover the Birmingham international Jazz and Blues festivals. I am very excited and proud of myself as this would help me launch my carrer in TV. A very wonderful opportunity and am looking forward to this.

BBC DOCTORS (Tracing the line)

Tracing the lines is from scenes 1, 7 and 8 of of the BBC doctors, it is about three different individuals with various motives. A young girl trying to get in contact with her mother, her best friend trying to take away her boyfriend and will stop at nothing to separate and a her boyfriend seeking her love and attention. This is a story of love, sadness and deceit. This production was part of my first semester drama production assignment. for this assignment I showcased my sound and lighting skills.

WING CHUN PROMO

My team and I produced a short promo video for a Kung Fu association in Birmingham. For this we made use of the Cannon DSLR 600D and Sony Z5, for this assignment I was the assistant camera person but and I was also in charge of the lighting, the camera was set at 60 frames per second at the shutter speed of 125th per second for it to be on slow motion. The shoot for this promo lasted for two days.

INSPIRATIONAL VIDEO (GROOVE OLYMPIAD)

This video was the highlight of my first year. It's a video inspired by the 2012 Olympics, it tells the Olympics values which is being passed from generation to generation which also portrays the impacts these values have on the individuals. The production took 4 months starting from the research to the actual production. In this production I showcased my acting skills, costume manager and make-up skills. It was a wonderful experience because I worked  with very wonderful people which is nice and wonderful........ TEAM GROOVE OLYMPIAD

This is my newest baby project.... over the years in BCU I have advanced tremendously and am putting myself out there more in other to gather as many skills as possible. for this production my small production group and I would be producing a fashion talk show  and in this production am exhibiting my digital media knowledge, director knowledge and lighting knowledge as well. I am excited about this project because it would lead to something wonderful for me.....

MIRRORS

Mirrors is a project which my team and I hope to develop over the summer and this would serve as part of our final year project. For this production I am the researcher and my job is to scout for talents we would use for this programme, conduct research for the presenter, come up with reasonable ideas for the show and make sure I am on track with the producer and director of the show. Mirrors is going to be a fashion talk show aimed at individuals from ages 16-34, which would have different informative segments and keep its viewers glued to their seats. The theme for this project, is to create a show for E4 and pitch the idea to commissioners.
